Welcome Home To Healing
March 6th – March 27th
“Welcome Home” is a diocesan initiative to invite all Catholics to experience the grace of the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Confession is a wonderful opportunity to set aside our sinful ways and to draw closer to our Lord. Confessions will be held every Monday during Lent from 7-8:30 pm in the Church. Don’t be afraid! Experience the gracious mercy of God! As Pope Francis recently said concerning confessions, “There are no shadowy lanes that can serve as an alternative to the open roach that leads to God’s forgiveness, to the awareness, in the depths of the heart, of His forgiveness and His love.”

rd, at 7:00 pm in the Church.
Lenten Adult Education Program
On Wednesday evenings during Lent, we will be presenting Bishop Robert Barron’s
Catholicism: The Pivotal Players. Each week will feature a new topic beginning with a 25 minute video followed by a short discussion. This program showcases a handful of saints, artists, mystics and scholars who not only shaped the life of the Church, but changed the course of western civilization.
St. Francis of Assisi, the Reformer, radically and literally lived as Jesus commanded to transform the Church.
St. Thomas Aquinas, the Theologian, demonstrated the faith and reason at not at odds, as they come from the same source.
St. Catherine of Siena, the Mystic, gave testimony to the reality of the spiritual dimension here and beyond.
Blessed John Henry Newman, the Convert, left a prestigious career to seek and preach the apostolic faith.
G.K. Chesterton, the Evangelist, publicly, humbly and humorously announced the paradoxes and truth of Christianity.
Michelangelo, the Artist, dramatically demonstrated that beauty and creativity are a primary route of access to God.
This series is held on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm at the Ministry House, beginning on Wednesday, March 8
