The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is a process whereby adults or children over the age of seven, who have never been baptized, need to complete their Sacraments of Initiation, Confirmation and or Eucharist, or are already baptized but would like to come into full communion with the Catholic Church are prepared, through weekly meetings, to receive their sacraments at the Easter Vigil. Volunteers are needed to be members of the Initiation team or as parish sponsors. In either case, your main role would be to witness to your own Catholic faith, your relationship with God, and act as a mentor to one of the candidates on their own journey. By contributing to the Christian development of others, you are able to revisit and strengthen your own faith as well.
